The author, Professor Enase Okonedo is the Vice-Chancellor of Pan-Atlantic University and former Dean of the Lagos Business School (2009-2020). In over a 25 years period, she taught problem-solving and decision-making to numerous participants on executive programmes. Okonedo has served on numerous boards in the profit and non-profit sectors globally.
